How do I receive my files?
Your digital files are delivered after payment. If you cannot find or open your download, contact formeqinfo@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
What do I need to open the files?
The programs and Training Guide are PDF files. Open them with a PDF reader on your phone, tablet or computer.
Which languages are available?
Choose English or Dutch on the product page. Each training program includes the FormEQ Training Guide in the same language. The language choice applies to your download files.
Which program should I choose?
Compare the training split in Full Body, Upper / Lower and the 5-day program. Check each product page for who it is designed for and the equipment you need.
Do I need the Training Guide as well?
The Training Guide is included with every FormEQ training program. You do not need to buy it separately. The standalone guide is for people who want the training principles without a complete workout schedule.
Is personal coaching included?
These are fixed programs for you to follow independently. Personal programming, nutrition guidance and feedback are available through FormEQ Coaching, a separate service.
Can I share the files?
Your purchase is for your own personal use. Sharing, uploading, reselling or using the files commercially with clients is not permitted. Read the licence information on the product page.
Where can I ask about withdrawal?
You can use the withdrawal form or contact FormEQ. The product page explains the consent requested for immediate digital delivery and its possible effect on your withdrawal right.
